• Process your messages through third-party AI services
• Connect to your existing messaging platforms
• May fail, malfunction, or cause unexpected results without warning

Critical Third-Party Dependencies

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE that our service depends entirely on third-party providers:

• OpenAI (OpenAI Terms)
• Google (Google Terms)
• Groq (Groq Terms)
• Microsoft Azure hosting services
• Your messaging platforms (Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Security vulnerabilities or data breaches
• Regulatory non-compliance during testing phase

Indemnification

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS OmniMsg, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the alpha testing service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of third-party rights or terms
• Any content you submit through the service
• Any consequences of participating in alpha testing

No Service Level Agreements

• NO SUPPORT GUARANTEES
• NO RESPONSE TIME GUARANTEES
• NO FEATURE AVAILABILITY GUARANTEES

Service Changes and Termination

WE MAY, WITHOUT NOTICE:

• Modify or discontinue any features
• Terminate the service entirely
• Delete all user data
• Change these terms
• Block access for any reason

Data and Content

Your Content License

YOU GRANT US a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and share your content for:

• Service development and testing
• AI training and improvement
• Technical operations and debugging
• Any other purpose related to alpha testing

Data Loss Acknowledgment

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE:

• Your data may be permanently lost without recovery
• We have no obligation to backup or preserve your data
• You should not rely on our service for data storage
• You use this service at your own risk

Legal Jurisdiction and Disputes

Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

YOU AGREE TO:

• Resolve disputes through binding arbitration (where legally permitted)
• Waive rights to jury trial and class action participation
• Pay your own attorney fees regardless of outcome
